Project: General contractor works on a residential complex with 23 apartments.
Flat foundation, single-storey in-situ concrete reinforced concrete basement as a multi-storey car park with 33 parking spaces and storage and building services rooms. 2 almost identical buildings with almost 400 m2 of floor space, ground floor + 3 upper floors made of in-situ concrete reinforced concrete, 2 to 3 apartments per floor were built. The scope of services also included the regulation of the entire property with 4150 m2, a green roof was built over the basement and the property was fenced off. The construction of the new supply connections and the road connection was also part of the order.
